DESCRIPTION

 

Hervey Bay Community Recycling Group Inc. T/As REUSE & RECYCLE is a not-for-profit association incorporated on 16 June 2000.

We are a self-funded association developed to assist local organisations in their recycling and funding efforts.

 

ACTIVITIES

 

Our association provides:

·                 Assistance with recycling projects for schools and organisations

·                 Transfer Station and Landfill Supervision

·                 Recyclable collection and distribution services including a free recyclable pickup service to aged and disadvantaged members of the community

·                 Training programs, work experience and employment opportunities

·                 Funding and grants to community organisations who may otherwise have difficulty in raising funds
